Today is the first day of sneak peeks for the November Release from Paper Makeup Stamps!
But before we get to the eye candy, we wanted to let you all know that PMS is going thru a few changes. Nothing major, we will still be bringing you fun new stamps, kits and more... but we are moving our releases to every OTHER month instead of every single month. We want more time to play with what has been released and we want to give you more time to play too! Don't worry - we will have plenty of fun, challenges, and inspiration in the "off" months. But this means our upcoming release (which will be live for purchase n November 7th at 9pm EST) will be the last rubber release of 2010!
And now... onto the show! This month we are releasing a lot of singles, so that you get the opportunity to pick and choose what YOU want. We do have some sets being released, but you wont see those today. Today we are showing off some WORDART! It's been while since we had a big wordart release and with the upcoming holidays, and little time to spend coloring every single holiday card you send out, we thought some holiday quotes and sentiments were in order!
Check out these samples from the Paper Makeup Artists!
SO you wanna win all these? Leave a comment on which one is your favorite wordart and why and you're entered to win! The winner will be picked during our release party which is on November 7th from 9-11pm EST. It will be announced on the blog the following day!
I love word art! Sentiments are my favorite things! I think all of the sentiments are wonderful but I've always had a soft spot for Dr. Seuss, so I think my favorite would have to be that quote. It just doesn't seem like Christmas if you don;t see the Grinch transform at least once during the season! Thanks for the inspiration! Have a wonderful day!
ReplyDeleteWOW!!! Awesome sentiments. Love them all. My favorite though is "You know you've grown up when none of the things you want for Christmas can be bought from a store."
ReplyDeleteThanks and have a great day.
WOW! Talk about some eye candy from the DT! I so look forward to all the sneak peeks before the release =)
ReplyDeleteI have two favorite sentiments, the first one is the one that starts out, "May the spirit of Christmas bring you peace" and the second one is "You know you're grown up when"
As to why I've entered to win? Well, I think that if I made Christmas cards using wordart instead of images (which are extremely time-consuming to color) I might actually get enough cards made to send out Christmas card this year! =)
My favourite has to be "may the spirit of christmas bring you peace" I adore traditional sentiments with a biblical base- for me that is the true meaning of christmas and more and more folk are foregtting this fact.
ReplyDeleteI also totally agree with Lindsy (above) it takes me ages to colour in images and usually I have problems getting enough christmas cards made for me to send to friends and family. I too think that if I used a lovely sentiment that hopefully I would be able to get more made... that's the theory anyway LOL !!!
Thank for the chance to win.

I love the one saying "All I want for chistmas is you", I live far away from my family and always miss them around christmas. I would be so happy to win because I'm going to make all my christmas cards this year. Usually I buy cards and modify them a bit. One problem... I don't own a single christmas stamp :-O
ReplyDeletei really like the wise men still seek him very cool. Also like embrace the magic of christmas cause even though i am to big for santa i still love believing in the magic of it all. Polar express is one of my fav christmas movies to watch with my train loving 6 year old.
ReplyDeleteToo hard to choose but slight preference for Dr Seuss for my hubby and kids. They are all great though!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE wordart! I really like the
ReplyDeleteone by Dr. Seuss. It would get used a lot:)
My favorite is the Dr. Seuss Quote. One of our family traditions is watching the Grinch Who Stole Christmas every year (the classic) and got to love the He's a mean one Mr. Grinch song!!
ReplyDeleteWOW!!! These cards are absolutely gorgeous!!
ReplyDeleteBeing in my uh, let's say, mid 50's, I have to say "You know you're grown up when..." but I like the Dr Seuss quote too! Comes from teaching kinder for years! I would love to win because I make cards for SendLOveToday and it would be that many more Christmas ideas to work with! I love your cards! Thanks for the chance!
ReplyDeleteI love the All I want for Christmas is YOU! I can see me making lots of cards with that one! Great wordart once again!!
ReplyDeleteSo difficult to choose among such a fab bunch of word arts! I think the one maybe It's Christmas in the heart that puts Christmas in the air, that reminds me a Dickens's famous quote. I'd like to win because I'm a Christmas-addict as you can see from my blog! Thank you for the chance! Miria from Italy
ReplyDeletewonderful. You always have the best word art. I don;t know how you do it, but the perfect words are always at PMS :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great cards and fantastic stamps!!
ReplyDeleteYou make life sparkle. A nice thing to say and could be used all year around. The cards are fantastic.
ReplyDeleteI like the Dr. Seuss one best. As for why, well, it's Dr. Seuss!! I just love How the Grinch Stole Christmas...we still watch it every year.
ReplyDeleteGreat cards everyone and love all the sentiments which I could always use!!
