November Sneak Peeks Day 3 - A monster of a day!

Hello friends! Please be sure to read all the way to the bottom of the post. We have some important information for you.

Today we have some new monsters (and a new tree!) to show you! All images designed by Steve Hammond, our resident monster madness dude!

Steve's eye never ceases to amaze me and I love when we get into our brainstorm of the next monster batch! They are just so fun!

Here is what the design team came up with...

First we have "Monster of a Gift". Perfect for a little boys christmas, but just as great for a birthday or other gift giving occasion!

Then we have our favorite earth friendly monster, George. Did you know "George" means of the earth. Such a friends earth loving monster from another world. If only we could all be like him. His companion stamps the recycle symbol and green is the new black sentiment are sold separately so you can get em if you want, or not. :)

Here's Nole. Our merry little monster. Only he doesnt look so merry does he. He looks about like my husband does every year we go to decorate our christmas tree!

Well, I assume that all monsters are rough and tumble. Well, I guess that doesnt mean they have to be tough too! Here's BooBoo monster, in all his bandaid glory. His Feel Better Soon sentiment is sold separately and for only $1 so it's a great stamp to buy even if you arent a monster lover!

Last but not least is not a monster at all! It's the Twisty Tree! Now at first glance the tree looks a little spooky, but i think it is just so much for for those fall to winter cards!

As mentioned earlier this week, dont forget to leave a comment on each day! Each day you leave a comment you are entered to win the entire release!

On an extra note of the day... a friend of ours from the stamping community has suffered a great loss. Sarah Anderson of http://scrampinmama.blogspot.com/ lost her 3 year old son this past Monday. It was unexpected and is still unexplained. Please pray for her and her family during this difficult time. Please check out Pink Cat Studio today as they have a special digi release for Sarah and be sure to tune in tomorrow to our blog for another charity stamp for sweet little Henry.

  3. How does one comment on wonderful stamps when such sorrow ends the blog entry? I don't know which to comment on.

But perhaps I can say, that as one who collects trees of all sorts, that tree needs to be dedicated to the little boy gone. We need to become trees. With roots and branches. Sarah was a glorious tree giving birth to a lovely branch who will not be forgotten, long loved and mourned over. I love that tree! and all it now stands for for me.

some leaves will fall but the glory of their days, as buds in spring, lush green in summer, and gone in fall....each will be remembered even in such a short 3 year life. My sympathies to Sarah and her family.

    Wow!

  7. Susan and the others have said it best. The monsters are amazing Katie - my son will surely be demanding me to stamp them for him over and over! But as a Mom to a beautiful little 3 year old girl, I am deeply affected by Sarah's tragic loss. My thoughts and prayers go out to her and her family for answers, support, love and understanding during this most difficult time.

  16. Every moment of a child's life is precious because time passes so quickly. I am so sorry that Sarah and her family must go through this difficult time of loss of a precious child. My thoughts and prayers are with them.

The beautiful twisted tree is a reminder of the impact of life and how quickly it changes. I hope to add that tree stamp to my collection and will be reminded of the loss in Sarah's life that it now represents because of its timely appearance.
