It's our Paper Makeup "recipe" challenge.

Your foundation is the sketch below. 

Then add:
powder: use some sparkle (glitter, stickles, crystals, etc.);
eyes: use buttons;
blush: incorporate pink into your card;
lips: use at least three layers
